The CITL

The CITL (Community Independent Transaction Log) is the system used by the European Commission to monitor and log the data in the Registries in the EU Emissions Trading Scheme. This prevents deviations and acts as a backup function for every single registry.

It can be accessed and used to extract the same information as via the SUS Report tool. In addition it also contains the data of the other EU Member state registries and Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. The website also publishes the website addresses for all the EU ETS Registries
