Research work in the area of black liquor gasification has been going on for several years in national programmes.
The research focus has been on technical, component and chemical aspects, whereas studies on system aspects of BLG have been very limited. The purpose of this report is to address this last issue, by compiling existing information and to draw conclusions from it.
