Swedish Cleantech enters the German market

The Swedish Energy Agency runs the Swedish-German Cleantech Platform (SGCP) accelerator programme to introduce Swedish companies with innovative energy solutions to the German market.

Every year, small and medium-sized Swedish companies are accepted into the Swedish Energy Agency's Swedish German Cleantech Platform (SGCP) programme. In 2024, Grundels, a Swedish company that manufactures climate-smart windows, joined the programme. Their unique technology involves improving the energy efficiency and noise insulation of existing windows by replacing the panes rather than the entire window frame.

An initial pilot project with the German company LEG has already been completed, and evaluation and plans for continuation are now underway.
