Meet us at E-world energy & water 2026
At E-world energy & water trade fair on 10-12 February 2026 in Essen, Germany, the Swedish Energy Agency is organising an energy pavilion together with the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Business Sweden.

This year’s edition gathers 18 Swedish small and medium sized companies with innovative energy solutions.
E-world energy & water is the European energy sector's major international meeting place. As an information and networking platform for the energy industry, the fair brings together international players and a large number of trade visitors every year in the heart of Germany's industrial sector.
For the fifth year in a row, the Swedish Energy Agency, together with the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Business Sweden, is organising a Swedish pavilion at E-world, the trade fair that offers the best exposure to the German and global market for energy solutions.
This year’s edition gathers 18 Swedish small and medium sized companies with innovative energy solutions altogether forming “The Innovation Lab”. The pavilion is built on and highlights Sweden as a frontrunner in innovations.
"Germany is one of our most important focus markets and we will present the latest generation of innovators which stand in a long tradition of Swedish innovations and inventions", says Ludvig Lindström, Business Developer at the Swedish Energy Agency.
The joint booth will present Swedish energy solutions that can contribute to the transition to a fossil-free energy system, such as energy efficiency, renewable energy resources, smart grids, sustainable mobility and much more.
"Trade fairs are important meeting platforms for business in Germany and e-world is a great occasion for our companies to expose their products and solutions to the German and European market. Here, they can make important contacts for their further market entry in Germany", says Verena Adamheit, Business Developer at the Swedish Energy Agency.
Our program at E-world
- 10th of February, 11.00 we officially open the Swedish energy pavilion with the Swedish Embassy in Germany and the German Energy Agency dena.
- 10th of February, 16.30-18.00 we host an event focusing on The Swedish wonder of Sustainable District Heating & Cooling, presenting six companies within the sector
- 11th of February, 14.30-16.00 we host a session on innovation and investments at one of the external stages, Change Forum: The long journey to build a unicorn – Experiences and lessons by Sweden, co-organized together with Cleantech Scandinavia.
