Webinar: “Attribution: a practical guide to navigating the blending of climate finance and carbon markets”
Join us for a discussion on attribution of emission reductions to climate finance and carbon markets. Sign up now for the webinar held on the 27th of October.
Meeting the goals of the Paris Agreement will require an unprecedented scale of financing for low carbon and climate resilient development. Historically, climate finance and carbon markets have worked almost entirely independently. This landscape is starting to shift.
The Swedish Energy Agency has commissioned Carbon Limits, INFRAS, SEI and Oeko Institute to analyse the principles and practical issues of attribution of emission reductions to climate finance and carbon markets. The resulting study will be presented and discussed during the webinar and will include panelist remarks from government representatives and selected experts.
Date and time
Wednesday 27th of October 2021, 14:00-15:30 CEST/8:00-9:30 EDT.
This webinar is directed toward the larger international community working with, or interested in working with, the blending of climate finance and carbon finance. We welcome government officials as well as representatives from civil society and the private sector.
We look forward to your participation!
