The Swedish Energy Agency takes steps towards international climate cooperationThe climate negotiations at COP25 in Madrid, which ended on December 15, did not lead to any decisions regarding the rule book for Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. The Swedish Energy Agency believes that the lack of outcome further emphasizes the need for positive examples of how international climate cooperation can be created under the Paris Agreement. The agency prepares for 2020 by launching and supporting a number of new initiatives, in order to support concrete cooperation under Article 6.
