The Swedish Energy Agency, in its role as a national administrator, requests so-called personal data relating to private individuals. Personal data constitute, according to section 3 of the Swedish Personal Data Act, "all information directly or indirectly attributable to a natural person who is alive".

The personal data you submit to the Swedish Energy Agency will be processed by us according to Swedish legislation. In the first instance, the Energy Agency's processing of data is with regards to administering accounts in the Union Registry.

The Energy Agency is the personally responsible person for the processing of your personal data. By submitting a signed request for information pursuant to Section 26 of the Personal Data Act to the Swedish Energy Agency, you can, once a year, free of charge get information on what personal data the Agency has registered about you and how the data are used.

Mark the envelope with the "Union Registry". You can also inform the Swedish Energy Agency if any personal information is incorrect or if you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal information. Since the request for information must be signed, you must submit it in paper form.
