Here you will find information on how to apply for a trading account. Only applicants with a valid Swedish VAT registration number will be considered.

Trading Account applications are subject to an application fee, and all Trading Accounts to an annual fee. The application fee is 12 000 SEK and the annual fee is 7 000 SEK.

The fee must be paid no later than 14 days from the date the application is received by the Energy Agency. Once the Energy Agency has received the application fee the application is considered complete and the reviewing process will proceed.

Trading Accounts are also subject to an annual fee, which is to be paid in advance no later than December 31st. Account subject to the fee will receive an invoice from the Swedish Energy Agency each applicable year.
